2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 at Purifoy Chevrolet Near Denver Colorado

The brand new 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 makes a bold and powerful statement. The Chevy Silverado 1500 is considered one of the most dependable and long-lasting pickup trucks on the road.  In 2016, the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 was given a J.D. Power Award for “Highest Ranked Large Light Duty Pickup in Initial Quality, Two Years in a Row”.  The Chevrolet Silverado

1500 is packed full of advanced smart technologies and offers great towing capabilities.

The new 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 comes with a crew cab and either a short box or a standard box. On top of those options, there are several trim levels including the WT (MSRP $39,085), the LT Z71 (MSRP $44,365), and the High Country (MSRP $54,475). Each of these trim levels comes with their own standard and optional features including the Trailering Package, OnStar® Guidance Plan, Corrosion Warranty, Chevrolet MyLink® audio system with 8" Diagonal Color Touch with Navigation, Bose® sound system, Bluetooth® for phone, Rear-seat Entertainment System, heated driver and passenger seats, active noise cancellation system, and many more.

A 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 buyer has several engine options depending on the chosen combination of trim, box, and cab. There are three different engine options:

* 4.3L EcoTec3 V6 engine

* 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine

* 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 engine

The EcoTec3 engine is a powerful engine for a big towing vehicle such as the Chevy Silverado 1500. This engine has an advanced combustion system to increase power and efficiency, while seamlessly switching to four-cylinder operation under any light or medium size loads.

Each of the 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 models comes with a standard 6-speed automatic transmission. This transmission is smooth-shifting with overdrive and electronic range select. This is very beneficial in a big towing vehicle such as the Chevy Silverado 1500.

The 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 has a handling/trailering suspension package with an optional higher performance suspension package. Both allow for the Silverado 1500 to provide a better towing experience for the driver.

The 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 is not only built for towing, but
